Embossing

Embossing

Using an embossing pad, ink up your stamp and stamp the image onto card.
Be careful not to over finger the card before stamping as the moisture from your hands attracts the powder.

Embossing

Liberally sprinkle embossing powder over the entire stamped area and shake the card around a little until the image is covered. Tip excess powder onto a spare bit of paper and give the card a light tap.

Embossing

Brush away any remaining granules with a fine tipped dry paint brush. If you have a lot of trouble with extra granules, use an anti-static pad to brush the surface before stamping the image.

Embossing

Hold the card over a toaster or use an embossing heat gun. Hold the image face up so you can see the embossing powder change.
Remove from heat once all areas have a shiny raised look. Be careful not to over heat or it will appear flat and dull.

Tip:
All excess powder can be put back into the jar for next time.
