To create a border of glitter place double sided
tape around the edge. Peel off all the backing from the tape.
Over a container sprinkle glitter onto the card, and shake
off excess.
To create shapes, punch or cut out shapes using double sided
adhesive paper. Stick the shape onto your card and peel off
the backing. Over a container sprinkle glitter onto the card,
and shake off excess.
